Earnings questions
Earnings calendar FAQ
What does before the open and after the close mean?
Before the open means the company is expected to report before the 9:30 am ET US stock market open. After the close means after the 4:00 pm ET close. The first full session to react is that same day for a report before the open, and the next day for a report after the close.
Which companies are listed here?
These pages list major US-listed names that active traders follow, not every company reporting. A company whose report time isn’t confirmed yet isn’t listed until it is.
How is the average move calculated?
It is the average size of the stock’s one-session move after each of its most recent reports, up to the last 8, regardless of direction, from Senntric’s stored closes. Up shows how many of those moves were higher. Past moves don’t predict the next one.
Can earnings dates change?
Yes. Companies can move their dates, and some times aren’t confirmed. Check the company’s investor relations page before relying on a date.
